At Kherish, every piece is crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Our warranties are designed to protect you from manufacturing defects and offer peace of mind with your purchase.

Standard Manufacturing Defects Warranty

A $5.00 mandatory warranty fee provides limited protection against manufacturing defects for all eligible orders.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Repair or replacement for manufacturing defects only (such as loose stones, faulty settings, or structural flaws).

  • Photo evidence is required to validate your claim.

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid for a single use per order.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Resizing, exchanges, or refunded orders.

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, tarnishing, or aging of metals.

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, loss, or theft.

  • Any work or alteration performed by a non-Kherish jeweler (this voids coverage).

  • Solid gold jewelry (covered separately under our Solid Gold Warranty).

Important Terms:

  • Warranty is available once per order and cannot be reused.

  • Kherish reserves the right to void or cancel any warranty at any time without prior notice.

  • Attempts to misuse or abuse this policy will automatically invalidate coverage.

  • Terms are subject to change at our discretion and may be updated without prior notice.

Solid Gold Collection Warranty

Our Solid Gold Collection includes a 100-day limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Complimentary repair or replacement for defects in craftsmanship or material within 100 days of purchase.

  • Photo proof is required for all warranty requests.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage, loss, or general wear (including scratches or bending).

  • Alterations performed by other jewelers or third parties.

  • Abuse, misuse, or any intentional damage.

Important Terms:

  • Warranty is valid once per purchase and applies only to the original customer.

  • Kherish reserves the right to deny or cancel any warranty claim at its discretion.

  • Terms and eligibility criteria are subject to change without prior notice.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty review:

  1. Provide your order number and proof of purchase.

  2. Include clear photos showing the defect or issue.

  3. Email our customer care team at support@kherish.com with your details.

Our team will evaluate your claim within 3–5 business days and provide next steps for repair, replacement, or resolution.
