Return Policy

Eligibility

• Returns apply to Kherish.com purchases only.

• Please use our Return Portal for all authorized exchanges and returns.

• All returns must arrive within 30 days of receiving authorization.

Return Conditions

• Items must be new, unused, and in original condition, with all packaging included.

• Damaged, worn, or altered jewelry does not qualify for return.

• Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for review.

Refunds

• Eligible items returned in original condition will receive a full refund minus the original shipping fee.

• Free shipping orders still qualify for a full refund when returned in new condition.

• Priority, rush, international, or overnight shipping services are non-refundable.

• Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item (excluding holidays).

• Unauthorized or late returns may be denied or returned to sender.
